Mr. Thomas Maillet, K.C. practices law since 1986. He is fluent in French and English. As part of his practice, Mr. Maillet advises and represents his clients on many issues within the following areas of law: Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Personal Injury & Insurance Law, Corporate & Commercial, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Law.

 

Mr. Maillet completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration. He then continued his studies at the University of Ottawa and the Université de Moncton, where he obtained degrees in civil law and common law, respectively.

 

Mr. Maillet is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Moncton Area Lawyers Association, and the Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau- Brunswick. Mr. Maillet was appointed King’s Counsel in 2012.

 

Mr. Maillet enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing golf, traveling, and reading.
